Once we have accepted your order, we will endeavour to dispatch your goods on the same day. 


Under the Consumer Rights Act We are responsible for the condition of the goods until the goods are received by you, or by someone else you have nominated to receive them on your behalf such as a neighbour. 

We hope you will be happy with your purchase and we accept our responsibility to supply you with goods that meet your consumer rights. If you have any concerns in this regard, please contact us .  However, should it be necessary to return an item because it is faulty or different from what was ordered, we aim to make the returns process as simple as possible. 


If goods arrive in a damaged condition or if they are faulty or not in accordance with their description, please notify us as soon as possible. We will make arrangements with you for their return and once we receive them back we will fully refund you all sums paid, together with your reasonable costs of returning them to us.

The delivery costs quoted in our online shop are for deliveries to addresses within the UK. Delivery is via Royal Mail or courier. Orders will normally be dispatched by the end of the working day following receipt of your order and will usually arrive around 2-3 days thereafter, although we are unable to guarantee delivery on or by any particular date.  We welcome orders for delivery to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man and overseas, but please contact us before placing your order to obtain a delivery quote.


Some products are only available in-store, meaning that we are unable to deliver them to you. This may be for a variety of reasons including the size and / or value of the item.
